Light use e.g. teas, coffees, no food preparation (no use of ovens).

Full use of Kitchen
Hambridge and Westport Residents: £30 per hour
Non Residents: £50 per hour

Use of Kitchen e.g. food preparation, serving of food, party use. See note below for use of Ovens.

Evening Hire
Hambridge and Westport Residents: £120
Non Residents: £160

Includes the use of the; Main Hall, Kitchen, staffed Bar, Committee Room, Round Tables and Chairs. See note below for use of Ovens.

  • A deposit of £100 is required on Booking.
  • Only alcoholic drinks served from the Bar may be consumed on the premises.
Wedding Package Hire
Hambridge and Westport Residents: £325
Non Residents: £425

Available from Friday 5pm until midday on Sunday

Includes the use of the; Main Hall, Kitchen, staffed Bar, Committee Room, Round Tables and Chairs. See note below for use of Ovens.

  • A deposit of £200 is required on Booking.
  • Only alcoholic drinks served from the Bar may be consumed on the premises.
Hire of Crockery
Hambridge and Westport Residents: To be agreed on request.
Non Residents: To be agreed on request.

Applicable to all Hires:

  • If the Ovens are left in an unsatisfactory condition, then an additional £50 will be charged to cover the cost of cleaning
  • All damages must be paid for by the Hirer
  • All rubbish must be removed by the Hirer
  • £1 coin meter for Heating in Hall
  • Card payment machine available
